DNASKATE 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unridden, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, manuals, accessories, tools, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Email qin@dnaskate.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos or video. We will review the request and provide a return authorization and the correct return warehouse address for your region. Do not send an item to any address without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable, insured service appropriate for an electric skateboard.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: After verification, DNASKATE will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns that meet the conditions above. Items returned used, ridden, incomplete, or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may be refused or subject to a deduction where permitted by law.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation at any time before the order has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at qin@dnaskate.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos or video so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate replacement or other remedy.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law. Products that have been ridden or used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return; product defects may instead be handled under the applicable warranty.
