Shipping & Delivery Policy

DNASKATE ships from our China, European and United States warehouses. The warehouse used for your order depends on the delivery destination and available stock.

Warehouse routing and delivery estimates

United States

  • In stock at our U.S. warehouse: free local shipping, estimated delivery in 5-7 days.
  • Out of stock at our U.S. warehouse: the order may be fulfilled from our China warehouse. The estimated delivery time and any applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout for the selected product.

Europe

  • In stock at our European warehouse: free local shipping, estimated delivery in 5-7 days.
  • Out of stock at our European warehouse: the order may be fulfilled from our China warehouse. The estimated delivery time and any applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout for the selected product.

Asia

  • Orders are fulfilled from our China warehouse by default.
  • Free standard shipping is available, with estimated delivery in 7-20 days.

Shipping costs

Local delivery from our U.S. and European warehouses is free. Standard delivery within our configured Asian markets is also free. When an item must be sent from China to the United States or Europe, any product-specific shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Split shipments

If an order contains products stored in different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one shipment. Separate tracking numbers may be provided. This does not change the total shipping amount confirmed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Product availability, address accuracy, customs clearance, severe weather, peak seasons and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If a product page or checkout shows a more specific estimate, that estimate takes priority.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Tracking information may take several days to update after dispatch.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before submitting the order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, an address change or interception may not be possible.

Special destination notes

  • Spain: we cannot currently ship to the Canary Islands (postal codes 35-38), Ceuta (51) or Melilla (52).
  • Germany: deliveries to postal codes 78263-78266 may incur a remote-area surcharge of EUR 50.

Customs, duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or local taxes. Any amount clearly included at checkout is covered as shown. Charges imposed separately by local authorities or carriers remain subject to the rules of the destination country.
