Returns

Do not send returns to the business correspondence address or to an outbound warehouse without authorization. Products containing lithium batteries require carrier-specific handling. To request a return, email qin@dnaskate.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization, the correct regional return facility, and any required dangerous-goods instructions.
